  1. Where do you ship orders from?

  2. We ship from all over the country! When you place your order, we will send it to the nearest warehouse with inventory available. Often your orders will be shipped in multiple packages to get everything to you as quickly as we can.

  3. What is the return policy? 

  4. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging. For more information, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page.

  5. How long does shipping take? 

  6. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard shipping usually takes 7-14 business days, while express shipping takes 3-7 business days. Please note that these are estimated shipping times and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

  7. Can I cancel or modify my order?

  8. Sometimes! Contact Us to request a cancellation or change and we will do our best to try and catch the order before our fulfillment team gets to work. Due to our rapid shipping process, we are not always able to make the changes requested but we are here to help with no hassle returns and will work with you to see the refund completed as soon as possible.

  10. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your package on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

  11. How long does my refund take?

  12. We know how important it is to process prompt and reliable refunds. Combining return shipping time, inspection time, and your bank's credit processing time it could take up to 7-21 days to have your refund issued. Store credit returns will be applied to your account as soon as your return is received and inspected at our warehouses. We will send an email notification to let you know as soon as it’s completed.

  2.  To determine your size, we recommend referring to our size chart, which can be found on each product page. The size chart provides measurements for different body parts, such as bust, waist, and hips. Measure yourself using a measuring tape and compare your measurements to the size chart to find the best fit.

  4. Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. However, please note that customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
